Alternative Winelands Tour
We appreciate not all of our guests drink alcohol, but do still want to visit our beautiful Wineland regions. Therefore we have put together an exciting, alternative tour in the Winelands.
We take in the stunning scenery of the Winelands, starting with a segway tour around a wine estate (optional), then a visit to an historic wine estate with manor house and manicured gardens before moving on to the pretty town of Stellenbosch.
Our first stop is at Spier wine estate, where you have a 2-hour guided segway tour around the wine estate which is great fun (no experience needed, they are fully self-balancing and training given beforehand!) Our tour then continues to Vergelegen Wine Estate, where we have lunch and take in the gorgeous gardens and traditional Cape Dutch manor house, before moving on to the historic Winelands town of Stellenbosch.
If guests would rather not do a Segway tour, then we can alter this tour to include a guided garden walk at the stunning Babylonstoren wine estate first thing, followed by the Winelands towns of Franschhoek & Stellenbosch, or spend time in the Winelands towns and visit the Dylan Thomas Sculpture Garden later in the afternoon.
Rates R3,395 per person including hotel pick-up and all experiences.
